Although i hate when Geocities randomly fucks about with capitalization to screw up any external links to its sites.

At least , i ASSUME thats why they do it. Theres probably some little guy in front a screen pissing himself with laughter every time he capitalises a random letter to break all the links.

If you're going to alter pictures, better make it convincing!

Geocities doesn't let external sites link directly to pictures. Pasting the URL into your browser would work, and I've heard that if you give the file a different extension (.txt or .htm) it doesn't trigger their image blocking filter. (Warning: I have not tried that suggestion, so I make no guarantees concerning it's correctness.)
