First... why? Second... good fucking luck. I wanted to see how long I could go without it and I buckled after three weeks. You go crazy without it. It doesn't make you less horny, it just gets worse and worse until you're ready to explode. I found that I was becoming irritable, restless and generally just an unpleasant guy to be around. Unless you have a girl doing all the work for you (and even then), you need the release that only masturbation can provide. Don't kid yourself. You'll be choking the chicken again in a month. (On the off-chance you aren't, I will admit you are a stronger man than I am)

Here are my resolutions...

1. Keep a consistent workout regimen.

2. Eat healthier.

3. Get good grades.

4. Either fix stuff with my ex or learn to move on... whichever works.

5. Write a book.

6. No more binge-drinking.

7. Be more open.

8. Continue masturbating.
