I tried Bong-Fu, too, but I didn't get very far. For some reason, I was never very motivated.

I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and am currently studying Hung Gar (tiger & crane)GungFu with Choy Li Fut, Most of my groundwork is from wrestling and Hapkido grappling techniques I learned in my Tae Kwon Do classes. Interesting thing i've noticed is that all the styles tend to have core similarities and it is those core similarities that are the most effect techniques. Perhaps it isnt so much the style of martial art as the martial artist. So, say, if Bruce Lee had studied Muy Thai Boxing or Karate, he would have been just as good.

Well, I passed the final exam and am now a licensed EMT (although I can't ride the ambulance until they send me my EMT card).
