howdy.

i was planning to uphold another venerable tradition of the CC by postponing the judging, but it turns out that i have just enough energy after a workday that spanned over 14 hours to name a winner. here, then, are those chosen to receive honorable mention--finalists, you might even call them:

fuzzyman: lucky guess
bonwag: gimme an m and community chest--funny, but sadly non-compliant.
kaufman: CC140--never thought of it that way
punkrockblahblah: who is the real winner here?
obijo: miss claustrophobic and Habnem | Menbah | Hen BAM!
Kurashima: MENBAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

...and yes, it is just coincidence that both comics that named me in their titles made the final round (:

We'll this idea struck me during a convo on irc with 'Gabe' and 'BEDan' and its late, and i thought it was great just as i thought of it.

I still think its good, but the more i look the less funny it gets. Oh well. A bit like the story of my life then.
