It's not offensive; it's just terrible.  Sorry for saying so, but what with the 0 score I figure you already knew.  It's wildly incoherent and has way too many exclamation points.  The first dialog bubble is kind of funny, but it's all downhill after that.

Breaking it into three one-panel comics would have been an improvement, but maybe not enough of one.
