Actually, skagg... you may be aghast at what I'm planning for the semifinals if all you're counting is the number of rules. I do still intend to have six rules in the finals, though. And I plan on collecting them the same way as was done in the second cup.
Honestly, I couldn't think of a thrid rule for this one that wouldn't make it so evil as to be unplayable. Maybe given time I could have, but considering the pressure to start it up, I went with what I felt was best.
