Getting back to the thing that this thread was originally for a second, I had this idea for a member of a super hero team who had all the equivelant powers of a grizzly bear. Strength, power, speed, etc. And then one day someone realizes that he wasn't a superhero at all, but merely a big bear with a cape on who wandered into the compound.

Or maybe it could be a story about a big bear that everyone thinks is a hairy kid and his time in school. I really think you should use the high school theme though.
