I have a couple of things to say.

1) I will be occupied with the sci fi marathon for the next few days, and may not have a chance to check in until I get back to Lincoln on Monday.

2) Bunner is a really, really, really good singer. He sang a couple of songs at karaoke last night, and he kicked several kinds of ass.

Bunner, thanks for coming out. I had a great time.

Gabe, thanks for coming out a few nights ago. I had lots of fun then, too.

Not with the unwavering loathing of a thousand roiling, white-hot suns, I just sort of dislike it for two reasons:

1): It initially put a lot of rooms that were doing live bands in a position to either pay a band, or let the punters entertain each other for less money. Newer bands then lost a lot of small venues to work in where they could get better and not have to worry about "A" room pressures as they improved their craft.

2): Off key singers make me want to stuff a gun in my mouth and see how many shots I'm able to squeeze off before the nerves to my trigger finger disconnect. A lot of Karaoke singers are          --> way off key.

Other than that.. Eh....

It was fun.
