Here's the rules for one I'm starting:

1: Every third vowel must be an E.
2: You must use the phrase "don't get your tits in a wringer." Twice.
3: The third panel must be blank.
4: You must find, download, crop to size, and insert a .gif of a photograph of Brujel cheese. Brie is not acceptable.
5: The WIGU donkey must be asking the Goats guy, Russ, about the importance of fingernail hygiene.
6: You must make fun of wirthling.
7: You cannot use the letters, Q,F,T,U,B,A or C.
8: The comic must have a first panel that is stretched by using the narrative header to refute Kant's Critique of Pure Reason.
9: Your mother's name must appear in the strip. If you do not have a mother, then use the name that you would have wanted your mommy to have if you'd had one. Extra points for "Donna, Alma, Cindy", or "Joyce."
10: The second panel must me in a foreign language, but still adhere to rule 7.
11: Donkey sodomy is encouraged. Extra points for naming the donkey "Donna, Alma, Cindy", or "Joyce."
12: Backgrounds may not be used.
13: gabe is automatically disqualified unless he uses an actual picture of wirthling sodomising a donkey.
14: No props other than "TV".

I didn't say I couldn't do it. All I'm saying is that trying to write a sensible palindrome of substantial length without using the three most common consonants in the English language is going to cause me to utter profanities.

Are word-level palindromes acceptable, or do they have to be letter-level?

I'd also like to know if rule 2 applies to the title. I sort of have a working title, but it uses a few Rs and Ss.

On the plus side, if the final round will have even tougher rules than this, losing doesn't seem so terrible.
