I completely agree. I know Sharpton is not going to win, but he makes complete sense, and can back up his rhetoric with examples and facts. We need Bush out, even though I have absolutely zero faith in the election process these days. I just got this documentary and watched it. Everyone should:

That video looks very partisan. I thought documentaries were supposed to pretend to give both sides equal treatment.

I hate Bush. I hate him. But I'm glad he got elected. This country needs some re-organization, and I think electing shitty, compromising conservative presidents on the Democratic ticket won't help at all. At least Bush is making Democrats realize how different the parties should be-- I mean, I like Clinton, but he wasn't a fucking Democrat. We're going to fix this shit up, or fail trying. It's going to take awhile. I don't want John Kerry. I want a smart, independent thinker with a complex and thorough understanding of our government. And by "our government", I don't mean the way it is now... I mean the way it should be.

How should it be? Fuck if I know.

Ha ha ha ha ha! That's the funniest thing I've ever heard. When was the last time ANYTHING wasn't partisan?

Now, if you watch the movie, as I did, you will see that EVERY opportunity to treat the opposite side as a valid source was given. BBC Reporter/American Political Commentator Greg Palast got an exclusive interview with Kathrine Harris' assistant. Palast asked him a vague question about the private service Harris had hired to formulate a list of felons in Florida (to help eliminate them from the voting roster). The assistant became immediately indignant and threw off his microphone, stating the interview was over.

He had the opportunity to explain himself, which he chose to waive.

I was being ironical. I don't know anything about it, besides what I read on the website. However, I buried myself in the news at the time, and I think I have a pretty clear understanding of what happened in Florida. Everybody fucked up, including our beloved Dems.

Sounds like you want Howard Dean.
