So here's something fantastic...

I've wanted to try Second Life for the longest time. Pretty much since this thread started and I found out what SL was. My old computer was just that... Old, laggy, and pretty much a POS.

My bf and I moved in together in May, and his computer is much better than mine could ever be. So tonight, I decided to try to get SL for the second time.

I go to start up the game and ... voila! Same freaking video card error. Thanks, SL.

Okay, Lindsay, are you forgetting that I was a professional twice over - an analyst and a therapist. The world's first analrapist.

Boorite and I realized that what we were paying for the land tier fees wasn't worth how much we were playing it. Like, we log in once a month these days. Funny thing about no longer being confined to a one-room apartment: we no longer need to escape our surroundings as much.

Anyway, we're selling off most of our land. If anyone here is interested in buying it, you guys get first crack.

Yeah, my logging in has been greatly reduced. I only jumped back in when TYS started to, and then I just went back to doing work.

Plus humpenstein got me into World of Warcraft, which he will pay most dearly for once I'm finished leveling my tailoring skill.
