Regarding the comic number, the URL of each comic you make (unless you're viewing your front page) will be of this form:
www.stripcreator.com/comics/AudaciousMoose/######
"######" is the number of the comic.
Alternately, if you just post the URL of the comic (you must include the "http://" or else you'll just get a link like the one above), that will be functionally equivalent to using [comic]######[/comic]
