Take this line of dialogue:

You're still here, aren't you?

Go to Make A Comic, and insert that line into one of the dialogue windows. I suggest next to last, but that's up to you.

Start hitting the Random Comic Layout button. When inspiration strikes, bring back your comic to be judged. (Yes, any character, any position for the dialogue is fine.)
