Ok. Here it is. Hit the random comic layout button until you get the "toilet" backgroud from the office catagory or the "bathroom" backgroud from the inside catagory. Whatever characters or props come with it is what you will be using.
As for the random diaglog part, just use the word "tacky" somewhere in your comic.
