Comic Cup VII: The Weakest Strip -- Rotor-Turbine League

The Tobor League and Pedantic League have now merged into the Rotor-Turbine League. Got that?

Okay, we’ve had some problems getting votes in a timely manner, (people seem to lose interest after they’ve been voted off) so I’m instituting a mid-game rule change, which is this:

[*]Only those people who are submitting strips in a particular round get to vote in that round. The exception to this is the final round, in which everyone who has participated (submitted a strip in at least one round) votes for the winner.
