So my girlie and I were making bread on New Year's Eve (it's our little tradition) and this year's recipe was for Mexican sweetbread, which is supposed to have a sugary crumble topping...
Why won't this stuff get crumbly?!
Umm... Because you should add sugar to make it crumbly, instead of flour, which makes it doughy.
Oh. There we go.
