In my case there was a project leader, six sub-project leaders, and myself (who did all the actual work). None of them did a feasibility study, but they all blamed me when editing HTML with MS Word didn't work the way they seemed to think it would. The only reason I agreed to be involved in the project was so I could document their lack of achievement and justify leaving them all out of the next project.
