	Special #1 starts out with a mixed salad with walnuts and dried cran-berries. Followed by a tomato bisque sprinkled with thinly shredded aged brie.


	For the entree, we have poached salmon lightly crusted with Taiwanese cashews. Then, we finish with homemade creme brulee and shot of warm cognac.
