How do you put an animation on a website?

I mean, you have an animation that is not on a server, and you want to put it on your web page so people can come view it. How does one do that? Can anyone help me? I would be eternally grateful.

[/quote]I meant does he need somewhere to upload, does he need to know HOW to upload, or does he need to know how to get a flash animation to display.

I'm sure he already knows how to upload.

What you want to do is, in Flash go into "Publish Settings" and select "HTML". Then when you publish it, it will give you a HTML file with the correct code in it. Then you just upload the .swf and html files.
