Because I have nothing better to do, I looked it up. First I found out it involves babies somehow. Hoping it was an easy method of disposing of those troublesome neighbor children, I looked further. Sadly, I was disappointed. Apparently a windel is German for diaper. So it's a diaper twister.

Great...the first thing you want to do with a diaper full of baby poop is give it a really good ringing out.
