I guess I'd take Liv Tyler's nipples over joo_joo's comics. Yet officially they're on a par.

Brad's Dad' is a post-modern classic dealing with the prickly issue of negligent parenting. However, instead of showing it in a serious manner, the strip places it under a brilliant satirical light, which shines light on its short-comings, while still somehow making the reader laugh at the tragedy of it all.

It should be rated 10.
