I think the multi-millionaire creator of Dilbert has more important things to do than troll around stripcreator all day looking for jokes to steal. Although, when I see "WANGS!" appear for no logical reason, I'll agree there might be something to it.

Notice that Dogbert is sitting on a stone wall. The "Stone Wall" Inn was the scene of the famous riots which marked a new militancy in the gay liberation movement of the American counter-culture. Dogbert is obviously urging Dilbert to engage in unrestrained homosexual intercourse in defiance of the mores of his restrictive work environment.

I salute Scott Adams for the courage to take "Dilbert" in this bold new direction.
