Having been spawned by the GL contests, OPC (One Panel Contests) continue. The implied rule is use one panel (duh).

On my lap as I type is the Second Herman Treasury By Jim Unger (1980). I like Herman. You can get to like him or not here. On Sunday he breaks out to more panels, but the rest have two things in common:

* One panel
* One person speaking - a one liner

Okay, so he doesn't use speech ballons - feel free to use the yellow box. But the text must all be from one person speaking.

Dems du rules. Have fun. Judging is in a week.
