I removed it, as it's extremely database intensive (hence why it was slow). It wasn't meant to be a widely-visited page and when it showed up in your sig, I realized I should get rid of it before it kills the database.

There was no real official rule, I don't know if I even mentioned it to anyone. I hacked it up one night and put it on IRC and it's kinda spread. I had been meaning to remove it for a while as it's pretty inefficient.
