The current comic contest has given us many opportunities to see the random comic generator in its full-blown glory.

There is a bit of a bug with the way it's implemented. I don't know if it's an easy fix or not, but if so, it would be worth doing.

A casual look at the random comics made would show a disproportionate number of them with no background. Is that because "none" has come up a disproportionate number of times? Nope, it's because that ever popular background, "-----------" has been getting selected.

Apparently, a random line from the background list is selected. However, those separator lines aren't excluded, and when the system can't find ------.jpg, it just doesn't add a background.

If there were a mechanism to avoid the dashed line background, that would be lovely.

On the other side, in the random selections of the characters, the height props seem to be excluded. I personally would like to see them show up alongside "none."

I just wanted to mention that I banged out about 20 comics today, mostly due to the inspiration I got from the random comic layout app.

I haven't really used it because I just sort of started using this site, again, but it's cool as hell. Nice work.
