#1 - The first and third panels of narration aren't necessary. And the narration in the middle panel could be in the form of an introduction by a representative in the first panel. That yellow box is just so annoying and rarely useful in a comic, avoid it at all costs. I liked the comic otherwise, though.

#2 - I'm not really political and therefore have no idea what you're talking about here. Ask your target audience.
