Is it Babelfished, or an actual attempt at writing Spanish?

The first one looks babelfished... kind of. The second seems more natural. But then again, I'm only good at faking spanish, so I could very well be wrong.

neither are babblefished, the first one doesn't make any sense really, it's just random spanish words, I think it's something to do with booking hotels, I'm not sure

The second one however is proper Spanish and SHOULD be funny and make some kind of sense!

I'm so glad that "con objeto de tener una comunicación" isn't actually trying to say anything... I was beginning to wonder if I'd missed the day when my teacher said it was okay to use an infinitve after "de."

I was able to understand most of the dialogue in comic two, but I think I couldn't figure out the most important words to the joke because I didn't see what was funny.
