The whole point of this competition is to use the characters and backgrounds I chose (or whoever makes the next one) and put the dialogue to make it funny.

This isn't the best contest idea.

You should try winning a Comic Competition and then you can use this as the rules for the contest you get to host. I'd suggest coming up with a better idea though.
