it's been years since i won one of these.

your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to do a comic about the federal trade commission.

judging at some arbitrary date after at least 5 entries. references to I-70 welcome. I've lived most of my life near I-70. bonus points for apt cory doctorow references. or wil wheaton. you don't have to stick to the template. bribes encouraged.
