The "recently popular" list on toprated.php is throwing some errors at the moment.

This appears above the "recently popular" heading:

And this appears between the heading and the table:

(I edited the "username" part in case it's the actual username of our account with SC's web host.)

I hypothesize that the reason for these errors is because the list is currently empty.  I'd like to encourage users to help fix this problem by voting on comics.
