I got a phone call this morning from a guy I haven't seen in about two years. Unfortunately, we got disconnected in the middle of the phone call and I didn't get his number. From a cellular phone in Puerto Rico and using a phone card... either that or a cellular, I can't remember... but *69 didn't bring up any info. How can I track this guy down?
