When I go into "edit account" and change the "Display e-mail" field from "Do not display..." to "Display..." and save changes, it is not registering the change.

I managed to get my e-mail displayed from it not being displayed, did you remember to insert your password again, I sometimes forget that?

As far as I can figure, you only need to enter a password twice if you are changing the password. I have been able to make other changes without entering the password twice. Just to be sure, I tried doing it again while entering the password twice, but it still didn't work. Thanks, though.

This has been happening to me from the start. It is a bug that some people get that Brad can't quite kill, because he can't work out where it comes from, why only a handful of people get it, etc...

In my case it registers the change (my email is displayed on my profile page) but every time I edit my profile the drop-list is always on "Do not display..." so I have to remember to change it back.

It's a minor pain, but no great drama.

I got it too. I tried re-entering the password twice. no dice.

I remember at when I first started, my e-mail addy was being displayed. I don't know what I changed that cause the address to disappear.
