I know where you've heard about a horse with the head of a rabbit and the body of a rabbit. It was in the Simpsons episode where they go to a Renaissance Fair and a fortuneteller tells Lisa about her future. Chief Wiggum called it an "Esquilax". But I don't know anything about any lobsters or dogs.
