Say, Brad, what was being saved on the browsers instead of coookies? I tried searching the temp folders and the registry, and couldn't find it for the life of me.

It doesn't save anything on the computer. When you're not logged in, it logs your IP to count you as being a 'guest'. When it needed to update that the next time you loaded a page, there was an error that made the script choke.

So you could visit once (logged out) from a certain IP, then the next time you loaded a page it would break.

I saw the message "You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'where (username = 'evil_d') LIMIT 1' at line 1" while trying to view the list of forums just now. I hit Refresh and everything was okay.

Hmm. I hope the fact that a couple of the computers I use don't let you log out of anything won't screw with when it looks like I'm on.
